soft tissue release, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, cupping, dry needling
heat or cold therapy, sport taping, or manipulation.
They may also recommend exercises for you to continue at home or guide you
through exercises or Pilates as part of your recovery.
If necessary, your physiotherapist can refer you for medical imagine, or to specialists
as they deem necessary.
